Sanjiv Gupta, Chairman

Sanjiv founded Bodhtree and leads the company as chairman & founder, shaping the strategic growth and vision of the company as a niche IT services provider. He has over 25 years of successful entrepreneurial experience. He originally set up the company to offer niche Web Services expertise to the industry and tied up with reputed organizations like Hewlett-Packard and AU System (Sweden). He then led the company to expand into other high-growth areas like Data Quality Management and Business Analytics and partnered with leading healthcare giants in the US. He has also successfully attracted business from Fortune 500, 250 and Forbes enlisted organizations.

He initiated a Strategic Business Unit within the company focused on offering New Media Delivery and Archival services to the publication industry and has led it to become a separate corporate entity called Pressmart Media Limited. Pressmart is a successful has leading publication organizations as its customer from over 21 countries.

He has also co-founded Trylah, a first-of-its kind B2B mobile search classified service based in Malaysia and expanding rapidly across the South East Asia.

He is also the co-founder of 24x7guru.com, an education E-Assessment portal – the only portal of its kind that has already served over 2.7 million students offline

H. Natarajan, Director

A University topper in B.Com (Hons), Natarajan is Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, with over 3 decades of professional experience.

Prior to joining Bodhtree as Director (Corporate Affairs), he was the Founder and Senior Partner of Harison Associates, Company Secretaries, rendering consultancy services in corporate laws and management. More than 500 companies based in Orissa, Andhra Pradesh, West Bengal and Delhi have utilised the professional services of the firm since its inception

Natarajan has been a Visiting Professor in Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneswar. He has presented papers in National and International Conferences of the Institutes of Company Secretaries, Cost Accountants and Chartered Accountants.

He was invited by the Government of Orissa to join the Task Force for formulating its industrial Policy 2000, and was a member of the Drafting Committee for the said industrial Policy. He has also served as member of Expert Committees of different Chambers of Commerce.

 

Kamlesh Gandhi, Director

Kamlesh Gandhi (59years) has extensive experience spanning over 37 years in the field of Capital and Financial markets in India and as part of that and he has been a member of BSE for over 14 years, been on the Board of Directors of Association of Merchant Bankers of India (AMBI) for 4 years since inception and was again Director of AMBI for 2 years from 2004 to 2006. He is also the one of the founder Director of Stock Brokers Underwriters Association and served the organization for 6 years. During his career so far he was involved in raising funds in over 320 capital issues and involved in placement of equities of several companies with retail, high net worth and Institutional Investors, both domestic and overseas.

He was until recently the Country Head of Investment Banking at RELIGARE- a leading Stock broking and Investment Banking firm, prior to which, he was the Executive Director of Centrum Capital Limited, Mumbai and was responsible for initiating and building the capabilities to offer Equity related capital market services to companies, setting up Investment Management Services division and ramping up their stockbroker activities. Before that, he started his career as Vice President at Champaklal Investment & Financial Consultancy Ltd, (CIFCO), Mumbai and rose to the position of the company's Chairman and Managing Director.  He is a thought leader and influencer in the Indian capital markets and has represented India as the speaker in numerous investors’ forums around the world.

He has served or is currently and Independent/ Non Executive Director of Several Companies including Dr. Reddy’s Group, Raasi Group, Priyadarshini Spinning Mills Limited, Bhagyanagar India Limited, Kirloskar Electric Company Limited, NCL Industries Limited and The Bombay Swadeshi Stores Limited. He holds Nil Equity shares in the Company.
