He has over 25 years of successful entrepreneurial experience. He originally set up the company to offer niche Web Services expertise to the industry and tied up with reputed organizations like Hewlett-Packard and AU System (Sweden).

Pal Natarajan, CEO

Pal Natarajan, as the Chief Executive Officer of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd, brings in over 19 years of experience in global executive management through both consulting for Fortune 500 companies and working in the industry to enable / transform business capabilities.

Pal joins Bodhtree from Juniper Networks where he most recently served as Sr Executive in Business Transformation office to accelerate and systematize their billion dollar new go-to market business models. Prior to that he was Sr Director in IT at Symantec where he capitalized the IT strengths, partnered with the business leaders and architected the business solutions to achieve the competitive edge. His team delivered programs that helped to monetize additional revenue and reduce cost.

Mr. T. Vikram Simha, Director

Mr. T. Vikram Simha holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Engineering, both from Texas A&M University and Bachelors in Engineering from Osmania University. With over 20 years of Management Consulting experience emphasizing on business strategy, business intelligence, finance and project management. As serial tech entrepreneur, he has founded several companies that specialize in translating corporate strategy into actionable components and build enabling technology solutions that help executives make better decisions. Mr. Vikram serves on the Boards of number of organizations and is active in several non-profit organizations that focus on education, and primary health. Mr. Vikram has been functioning as Non-Executive Director.

Mrs. Aruna Rani Elimineti, Director

Mrs. Aruna Rani Elimineti holds an M.B.A in Finance from Osmania University and specialized education in Clinical trials. She had worked in leadership capacity in Clinical trials and Data management for Global Pharmaceutical Organizations. Under her leadership and guidance she helped managing critical clinical trials and laying out best practices in clinical reporting. Mrs. Aruna Rani is instrumental in managing the relationship with clinical research organizations of various Pharma companies with hands on expertise and mentorship on managing CROs and Pharmacovigilance. Mrs. Aruna has been functioning as Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Sriram Nimmagadda, Director

Mr. Sriram holds BE in Automobile branch. He has earned wide and varied experience from past 12 years. He has excellent exposure in international commercial functions and good understanding of web based technologies.

Presently, he is been associated with various companies as Consultant providing expert guidance and advice on various technical and commercial functions. Mr. Sriram has been functioning as an independent Director.

Mr. CH. D .V. V. Prasad Rao, Director

Mr. Prasad Rao is Post Graduate from Andhra University. He had served in the capacity of Head of Finance for Vizag Beach Resorts Private Limited for more than 5 years. He has been associated with various companies as Finance Consultant providing expert guidance on taxation and other allied matters. Mr. Prasad has been functioning as an independent Director.
