Sanjiv Gupta, Chairman

Sanjiv founded Bodhtree Ltd, and leads the company as chairman & founder, shaping the strategic growth and vision of the company as a niche IT services provider. He has over 25 years of successful entrepreneurial experience. He originally set up the company to offer niche Web Services expertise to the industry and tied up with reputed organizations like Hewlett-Packard and AU System (Sweden). He then led the company to expand into other high-growth areas like Data Quality Management and Business Analytics and partnered with leading healthcare giants in the US. He has also successfully attracted business from Fortune 500, 250 and Forbes enlisted organizations.

He initiated a Strategic Business Unit within the company focused on offering New Media Delivery and Archival services to the publication industry and has led it to become a separate corporate entity called Pressmart Media Limited. Pressmart is a successful has leading publication organizations as its customer from over 21 countries.

He has also co-founded Trylah, a first-of-its kind B2B mobile search classified service based in Malaysia and expanding rapidly across the South East Asia.   He is also the co-founder of 24x7guru.com, an education E-Assessment portal – the only portal of its kind that has already served over 2.7 million students offline.

Pal Natarajan, MD, Bodhtree Ltd

Pal Natarajan, as the Managing Director of Bodhtree Ltd, brings in over 19 years of experience in global executive management through both consulting for Fortune 500 companies and working in the industry to enable / transform business capabilities.

Pal joins Bodhtree from Juniper Networks where he most recently served as Sr Executive in Business Transformation office to accelerate and systematize their billion dollar new go-to market business models. Prior to that he was Sr Director in IT at Symantec where he capitalized the IT strengths, partnered with the business leaders and architected the business solutions to achieve the competitive edge. His team delivered programs that helped to monetize additional revenue and reduce cost.

Preceding Symantec, Pal had an extensive consulting background with KPMG / BearingPoint, Tata Consultancy Services where he built consulting practices and led global implementations helping the Fortune 500 companies to maximize their revenue, improve their operational efficiency, mergers & acquisitions and reduction in operating expenses. In addition to his deep pedigree in technology, Pal is very passionate about engaging with customers and partners.

Pal has earned engineering degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University, he has attended executive education programs and received several accolades. He enjoys photography, electronic gadgets, coaching kid’s basketball, golfing, mentoring, traveling   different countries with his family and spending time with his kids.

T. Vikram Simha, Director

T. Vikram Simha holds an MBA and a Master’s degree in Engineering, both from Texas A&M University and Bachelors in Engineering from Osmania University. With over 20 years of Management Consulting experience emphasizing on business strategy, business intelligence, finance and project management. As serial tech entrepreneur, he has founded several companies that specialize in translating corporate strategy into actionable components and build enabling technology solutions that help executives make better decisions. Mr. Vikram serves on the Boards of number of organizations and is active in several non-profit organizations   that focus on education, and primary health. Mr. Vikram has been functioning as Non-Executive Director.

K.Ramanujam, Director

K. Ramanujam has been a practicing accountant in Singapore for the last 31 years having established Rama & Company, a reputed and well-respected accounting firm, as its Managing Partner. He is also Chairman of Prudential Public Accounting Corporation, which is one of the well-established accounting corporations in Singapore. Prior to commencing his practice, he had been working as Audit Manager for two local audit firms. He was also a founder partner of Messrs Pannel Kerr Forster, an international accounting firm, when they commenced operations in Singapore in 1985. He then resigned from the partnership in 1988 to focus on an independent professional practice.

Ramanujam is well known among the Indian Community and business houses in Singapore and South East Asia. He has an excellent network in India and UAE countries. His involvement in several community projects and services has given him an edge to   enhance his name in a respectable status.

A.Shankaraiah, Director

Shankaraiah is a well known and distinguished Professor in Management with rich Industry experience, he donned the role of registrar twice at Kakatiya University, later he has progressed to become Dean of various departments. Currently he is serving as Director of a Post-Graduate college and was instrumental in taking the college to great heights. He is also a member of Andhra Pradesh Productivity Council, where thousands of computer experts/literates pass out annually. He is a Regional Director of Central Government sponsored "Jana Sikshana Samastha"  (JSS) with a social cause of upbringing the lower sections of the society.

Sriram Nimmagadda, Director

Sriram holds BE in Automobile branch. He has earned wide and varied experience from past 12 years. He has excellent exposure in international commercial functions and good understanding of web based technologies.

Presently, he is been associated with various companies as Consultant providing expert guidance and  advice on various technical and commercial functions. Sriram has been functioning as an independent Director.

CH. D .V. V. Prasad Rao, Director

Prasad Rao is Post Graduate from Andhra University. He had served in the capacity of Head of Finance for Vizag Beach Resorts Private Limited for more than 5 years. He has been associated with various companies as Finance Consultant providing expert guidance on taxation and other allied matters. Mr. Prasad has been functioning as an independent Director.
