3 Day Assessment

Bodhtree will assess and document your high-level architectural landscape, business pain points, and future business goals. At the end of the assessment, we will provide your organization with our documented solution architecture recommendations, with targeted high level milestones clearly identified.

3 Week Proof of Concept

Following the detailed assessment, Bodhtree business analyst(s) and technical architect(s) will work with your business and IT subject matter experts to formulate the next level of business requirements in a conference room pilot environment. The objective is to provide your organization with a functional Salesforce.com Proof of Concept that has been validated for high level fit and functionality.

3 Month Delivery

Upon successful delivery of the three-week POC, we will advance toward scoping, documenting and delivering the first three-month milestone. As with the POC, the conference pilot delivery methodology will be employed.
