Taj Banjara, Hyderabad, Dec 13, 2011 The Evening session of Cloudforce 2011, Hyderabad at Taj Banjara, Salesforce and Bodhtree team welcomed the audience to the social Enterprise. The key note presentation was on the social revolution and how it has changed the lives of people the world over and the opportunities for companies to complete Social Computing Transformations via enterprise cloud computing platforms like Salesforce.com. The session emphasized on how the social media platforms like Facebook, twitter, linkedin and other social platforms can be integrated with Salesforce CRM users using Radian “ 6 integration , so that customers experience increased business by tracking key online prospects, above all it enables social transformation for any size of organization.
It is always upright to have a live example to showcase the œCustomer experience of which the œCustomer Satisfaction can be shared with delegates and attendees. We had Mr. Ramanna Raju “ Head, Marketing and Sales from Pebs Pennar speaking about the salesforce.com implementation by Bodhtree. As a customer Speaker, Mr. Ramanna Raju has articulated their experience using the sales cloud and overall ease of using Salesforce.com. He further highlighted the œchatter platform as one of the significant tool which helped in coordinating between the Sales Executives.
