Pal Natarajan, CEO

Pal Natarajan, as the Chief Executive Officer of Bodhtree Consulting Ltd, brings in over 19 years of experience in global executive management through both consulting for Fortune 500 companies and working in the industry to enable / transform business capabilities.

Pal joins Bodhtree from Juniper Networks where he most recently served as Sr Executive in Business Transformation office to accelerate and systematize their billion dollar new go-to market business models. Prior to that he was Sr Director in IT at Symantec where he capitalized the IT strengths, partnered with the business leaders and architected the business solutions to achieve the competitive edge. His team delivered programs that helped to monetize additional revenue and reduce cost.

Srinath Reddy Lingamdinne (Sri) – Executive Vice President – Operations

As a highly accomplished technology business professional with 16 years of progressive experience in corporate financial systems, IT consulting, web technologies and the software industry best practices and methodologies, Srinath is known as a Global Organization restructuring and transformation expert.

Popularly known as Sri among his peers, is now part of Bodhtree’s India Leadership team. As a operations head and strategist, he shall contribute for Bodhtree’s growth and future strategy.

He comes with decade long work experience with Global organizations like McKinsey&Company and Prior to joining Bodhtree, Sri was associated with Mascon Global Limited where he was instrumental in building business strategies and streamlining operations as a location head. PVS Chalapatirao, Head - Admin & Quality

Chalapatirao has over 35 years of industry experience and possesses immense knowledge and working experience in the areas of ERP implementation, EAI and IT administration. Prior to Bodhtree, he worked with BHEL as General Manager. He was instrumental in initiating ERP (SAP) implementation at BHEL and made a significant contribution in overall automation within the organization in the areas of materials management system, production planning, production systems and commercial systems.

C. Rich Wilson, Chief Executive Officer

Building innovative brands across mass-market industries has marked Rich Wilson's career for the past 15 years. His passion for startups and solving marketplace challenges has driven him to found, finance, grow, and sell several properties in the technology and entertainment sectors; often through the leveraged use of partnerships with Fortune 500 companies like Microsoft, Adobe Systems, and AVID Technologies.

He also served on the board of directors and was EVP of Business Development for a company he helped take public in the semiconductor industry (telecom). While there, he led all business development efforts, financing ($30 million raised - equity and debt), M&A activity (including valuation, due diligence, and negotiations), wrote and executed the business plan, and founded a collaborative technology development program with Cambridge University, AT&T's Bell Labs in England, MIT University, Zaiq Technologies in Boston, and Adaptive Networks, also in Boston.

Prior to joining Bodhtree, Rich had most recently been working in the SaaS space building customized hosted applications for the radio, television, and advertising industry.

Rich has been leading Bodhtree Consulting as the CEO since September of 2010 and is also a member of the Board of Directors.

Chris Tabish, EVP of Solutions

Chris has over 20 years' experience working with businesses to achieve their vision through process enrichment and technological innovation. Chris has both a consulting background at Accenture and Deloitte as well as industry experience at JDSU and Symantec. Before joining Bohdtree, Chris was most recently a CIO Staff Member at Juniper Networks responsible for leading large, strategic programs

Suresh Sinha, EVP of Delivery

Suresh Sinha is an accomplished IT executive with a background of consistent achievement, spanning 20+ years in Fortune 200 businesses. He is analytical and pragmatic in approach. He has a track record of thriving in complex and challenging situations demonstrating the ability and commitment to develop and implement real solutions within challenging timelines while creating values for the corporation, customers and employees. He has strong technology, information systems and operations background. Suresh specializes in IT Application delivery and support services, IT Operations, IT Cost Reductions, IT and BPO Outsourcing. Suresh demonstrates effective leadership in both strategic and tactical capacity to drive growth and opportunity with integrity and high energy. Suresh has working knowledge of Industry Standards such as ITIL, CoBIT, Six Sigma, Prince2, PMP and CMMI. Suresh played his last role with Sun Microsystems as Director APAC IT Services.

Extensive knowledge of the practices, products, and environments of the software, financial services, security, business process outsourcing and identity theft sectors.

Manju Devadas, VP of Business Consulting

Manju Devadas is our senior process improvement business consultant with experience in effectively translating strategy into execution. With overall 13+ years of experienced as business architect, Functional Lead, SME and Project Manager at large enterprises such as Cisco and mid size companies such as Netgear, Deckers Outdoor, Igloo and Unisys, he bring a wealth of experience into the project. His domain expertise includes quoting, order management, pricing, claims processing, configuration, scheduling, supply chain planning.

His core strengths is the ability to engaging with sales, channels, finance, marketing, BU and various other stakeholders across RTM and help them reach common grounds on various change management activities such as Pricing changes. On the systems front he has actively led tracks for ERP upgrades and multiple demand planning and Forecasting process and system implementations (Demantra, ASCP, GOP ). Experienced in engaging with executives to build cross functional strategic and long term planning including Roadmap definition. He has guided team on Framework, process flows, System Architecture and policy enforcement. He carriers sound leadership, analytical, communication and cross functional teams influencing skills.

Kain A. Sosa, VP of Analytics Consulting

Kain A Sosa is a highly accomplished professional with more than 12 years of extensive global expertise in Analytics and outsourcing managed services in Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Entertainment industries. Recently, he has kept an exceptional record at both e2e Analytics and Analytics on Demand, leading the efforts in translating corporate strategy into actionable components for customers in business intelligence. Mr. Sosa is helping with leading the Analytics services division in all markets.

Sandeep Sood, VP Mobility Services

Sandeep Sood has been managing mobile development projects since 2000, when he helped Washington Mutual put a small business loan calculator on a Palm III Device. He has lead touchscreen projects for HP, managed the creation of the official South by Southwest iPhone app, and is currently working on mobile implementations at IBM and HP. He has been speaking and writing about software development for several years and has been featured in Forbes, the LA Times, South by Southwest, and TED India.

Vinay Nigam, VP Account Management- On Demand Staffing

Vinay is a seasoned Business Development Executive with 15+ years IT industry experience working for large, medium and small corporations. His past experience has been in Business Development, Account Management and Global Alliance for companies like Corliant Inc. (got acquired by Accenture), Tata Infotech Ltd (got merged with Tata Consultancy Services TCS) and Unisys Corporation. He has great people management skills and builds strong relationships with stake holders/ decision makers. His expertise has been in opening new business accounts with large corporations. He has been instrumental in taking a startup to the next level.

Sanjay Bodduluri, VP of East Coast Operations

Over 15 years of diverse staffing experience, servicing diverse international markets, building skills and core I. T. Competencies, one practice and one technologist at a time and in course of time helping transform the customer expectation into a customer experience – Sanjay Bodduluri has come along in last 20 years from being a office automation seller to an international recruiter and a practice manager with a proven track record spanning a period of 13 years in USA and 400+ consultants long.

Prior to joining Bodhtree, Sanjay Bodduluri was managing consulting operations at 3i Infotech (a publicly traded Indian IT major based out of NJ) since year 2000. Vast experience of International immigration laws and practice, Technology events and technologists, corporate cultural integrations and HR practices are Sanjay's several strengths. Sanjay stays in Iselin, New Jersey with his wife and Two Children - a boy and a girl, a big fan of soccer, cricket and tennis, travels a lot and loves playing tennis and gardening in his leisure time.

Raj Chamakura, Director of Healthcare Solutions

Raj has 20+ years of experience in healthcare & Information technology staff augmentation and contingent workforce planning, international market expansion and global operations in diverse cultural environments.
