The client has over 6,600 offices in 80 countries and territories across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America and South America catering to different –financial products and over 60 million customers worldwide.

The client was using spreadsheets to plan, seek approvals and track the progress. They lacked an automated process to track the progress on the documents pertaining to approval system and migration planning. The client needed a single CRM platform that would automate the internal processes with better visibility into critical business data.
